Qualifications

• Must have strong previous experience working with 2–5-year-olds.
• Knowledge of EYFS and Ofsted Inspection Framework is essential.
• Experience in maintaining accurate learning records.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the quality of early education for children in the nursery.
• Model excellent practice to children as identified in guidelines.
• Gather assessment information and share it with parents.
