A community organization in the East Midlands is seeking Early Years Practitioners for permanent and part-time roles in Newark and Sherwood. We have an exciting opportunity to join two of our Family Hub Teams in the Newark and Sherwood district area, within Nottinghamshire. This is a great time to join our team as we are transforming our Children's Centre Service into Family Hub Networks. Our work with Children 0-5 years remains part of our core offer and we will be expanding our service offer to 0-19 years (0-25 with SEND).

As part of the Early Years Practitioner role, you will be able to undertake one to one work with parents/carers to meet identified needs and deliver evidence-based programmes, within the Family Hub and family homes.
You must have a minimum of two years experience of working with children 0-5 and their families, an NVQ 3 in childcare (or equivalent), be a driver with access to a vehicle for work purposes and be able to demonstrate sound knowledge in the following areas:
