Qualifications

• Proven experience in an administrative or HR role, ideally within professional services.
• Ability to manage deadlines and conflicting priorities.
• Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support all recruitment activities related to Early Talent vacancies.
• Manage new joiner process including pre-employment screening.
• Coordinate candidate assessment activities and logistics.
