Please note, this vacancy is for applicants who hold or will hold QTS (Qualified Teacher Status) by September 2025. Should you be interested in a teaching career as an unqualified teacher, please reach out for advice on routes into teaching.

ECTs joining BET can expect the following starting salaries:

  • Hampshire schools (National pay scale): From £31,650
  • Surrey schools (Fringe pay scale): From £33,074
  • Richmond schools (Outer London pay scale): From £36,412
