Job summary

A global company in manufacturing is seeking a Maintenance Technician (Multi-Skilled) in Swindon. The successful candidate will perform hands-on maintenance tasks to ensure high equipment standards and support continuous improvement initiatives. Requirements include completion of an apprenticeship or equivalent experience and proven fault diagnosis skills in electrical and mechanical systems. Qualifications

• Complete tasks to improve Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE).
• Ensure high equipment standards and minimize downtime.
• 18th Edition qualification is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Perform hands-on maintenance and TPM tasks.
• Log activities in CMMS.
• Support RCA and implement countermeasures.

Skills

Fault diagnosis skills (electrical/mechanical)

Hands-on maintenance experience

Communication across teams

Proficiency with DC drives/motors

Education

Completed apprenticeship or equivalent experience

Tools

Allen Bradley PLCs

Tool Room Equipment (lathe, mill, drills)
