A leading pharmaceutical company is offering a position for a Science and Manufacturing Apprentice in Hatfield. This apprenticeship lasts 24 months and combines office and college-based learning. Candidates should have 3 GCSEs including Maths and English at grade C/4 or above. We have opened a new and exciting opportunity within our production environment for an individual to work alongside our experienced team, gaining both qualifications and experience in a supportive and experienced environment,setting-upproduction equipment to ensure correct functionality and calibration compliance. This is a tried and tested apprenticeship with us at Eisai, and we are looking to replicate our former success.

Length ofprogramme:24 Months + 3 months EPA
TheProcess Industry Manufacturing Technician Level 3 Apprenticeship will be provided by Cogent Skillsand will bea2year and 3-monthduration. You will have 1 study day aweek andwill bejoiningvirtually. You will be expected to beon siteat our offices 4 days a week.

Step one: Apply.
The first thing to do is to applytoone of our well-sought-afterprogrammes. You will upload a CV and fill in some personal details so we canbein touch. We will review your application and ensure that you are fully eligible for theprogrammeyou have applied for.Our application process opens on 2nd February and closes on the1 st March.
Step two: Video Interview.
If you are successful at the first stage, you will invite to take part in a one-way video interview process. This allows you to showcaseyourselfata time and pace that suits you. We will be transparent in the processaboutthe questions you will answer to allow you time to put your best foot forward.All video interviews will be scored by 16 th March.
Step three: Face to face interview.
It’sas important to us as it is to you tomake surewe find the correct fit, so any successful applicant will be invited to our Hatfield Headquarters for a two-hour interview. We want you to see the site you will be workingin, so we will offer you a touralongside a face-to-face interview,presentationand individual task. This sounds very daunting, but the Emerging Talent Team will guide you through thisprocessso you will know what you need to prepare ahead of the day.Our assessmentcentre/interview for this role is: 7th April
Step four: Offer.
Any successful candidate will be offered the vacancy they have applied for. Unsuccessful candidates will receive full feedback at this stage, with ideas and tipsofwhere they canimprove forfuture applications.
