• Proven mechanical experience in heavy industry, manufacturing, or process environments.
• Experience using SAP for maintenance planning and execution.

Responsibilities

• Manage and plan mechanical work on site, ensuring safety and quality standards.
• Coach and support colleagues in resolving mechanical issues.
• Own mechanical maintenance KPIs and drive continuous improvement.
• Manage mechanical work through SAP, ensuring accurate execution.
• Oversee mechanical contractors and uphold high standards of work.
• Lead and mentor junior technicians in skill development.
• Maintain workshop standards and ensure health & safety adherence.
