Job summary

A landscape consultancy in the UK is seeking a skilled professional to deliver advanced landscape services as part of a hybrid-working role based in Chelmsford. The successful candidate will manage complex development projects, conduct landscape assessments, and build strong client relationships. A Bachelor's degree and Chartered Membership of the Landscape Institute are essential, along with proficient project management skills and familiarity with relevant software tools like GIS and AutoCAD. A driving license is required for mobility within the operational area.

Qualifications

  • Educated to RQF level 6 with post qualification experience.
  • Chartered Membership of the Landscape Institute or working towards it.
  • Proficient in development management processes and planning policy.
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills.
  • Able to manage small to moderate scale projects.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver advanced landscape services for complex development projects.
  • Evaluate and carry out landscape visual assessments.
  • Contribute to developing and reviewing complex plans and policies.
  • Manage projects and contracts against budget specifications.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships.
