Responsibilities

• Support individuals with personal care, moving and handling, and positive behavioural support as required.
• Collaborate with the team to ensure safety, wellbeing and aspirations of the people we support are met.
• Assist with expanding social networks and connections for the people supported.
• Engage in activities and support planning as part of a bespoke care team around each individual.
