Job Title: Care Assistant

Location: CW8 2DR
Salary/Rate: £12.90 to £13.10 per hour

About the role

Some of the daily tasks that a carer at Sandiway would carry out would include:

• Helping with washing and dressing
• Assisting with feeding and mealtimes
• Finding out and knowing residents’ interests and needs
• General housekeeping, such as tidying residents’ private bedrooms and communal areas
• Supporting each resident’s physical and mental well-being through activities
• Our care team provides 24-hour care, with day shifts from 8am to 8pm and night shifts from 8pm to 8am

Typical Shift Patterns for Day or Night Contracts

• Days Shifts: 8am – 8pm; 8am – 2pm; 2pm – 8pm
• Night Shifts: 8pm – 8am
