A cybersecurity training platform is seeking a Product Designer to take ownership of its new AI-powered pentesting tool, NoScope. This role emphasizes design from concept to execution, requiring strong collaboration with engineers and direct involvement in user research. The ideal candidate has at least 3 years of experience, is proficient in Figma, and thrives in dynamic environments. The position offers full remote work, flexible hours, and opportunities for professional growth, including a learning budget and regular company retreats.
TryHackMe is the fastest-growing cybersecurity training platform in the world, with over 6 million learners globally. We help people learn cybersecurity hands-on, through practical, gamified experiences.
NoScope is our next big bet: an AI-powered pentesting tool, built as a standalone product with startup-level ambition. It’s early, fast-moving, and deliberately small-team. This role sits inside TryHackMe, but operates with the intensity, ownership, and autonomy of a startup.
While this role is fully dedicated to NoScope day-to-day, you’ll still be part of TryHackMe’s core Product Design team. You’ll work alongside other experienced designers, share standards and practices, and have opportunities over time to contribute to core TryHackMe product initiatives as NoScope evolves.
As part of the NoScope team, you’ll work directly with Ben (TryHackMe co-founder), shaping the product from first principles - not just how it looks, but how it works, how it’s positioned, and how users experience it end-to-end.
This is not a typical product designer role. You’ll be the end-to-end design owner for NoScope - product, brand, marketing, and discovery - helping take NoScope from idea to a real, loved product in the hands of users.
At times, this will require high intensity, fast iteration, and flexibility around working hours - especially around major milestones. In return, you’ll get unusual ownership, influence, and learning.
