Account Executive page is loaded## Account Executivelocations: Burgess Hill, United Kingdomtime type: Full timeposted on: Posted Todayjob requisition id: 118536**About This Role** Join CAE’s Business Aviation Training team as an **Account Executive** on a 12-month fixed-term contract based at our Flight Training Centre in Burgess Hill, West Sussex.In this dynamic and fast‑paced live‑training environment, you will deliver exceptional customer service by coordinating and booking simulator training for our clients as part of our private jet training programmes. As a member of our dedicated Account Executive team, you will play a key role in supporting our Sales Strategy, achieving targets, and driving development within your assigned territory.**The role we are offering you*** Book existing client training events comparing and evaluating course prerequisites with client qualifications, course availability and document the client’s expectations clearly to Training Services through accurate and proper registration of training.* Establish and maintain proactive, positive relationships with clients in your assigned territory through consistent and tailored communication.* Diarising recurrent training events and following up to ensure fulfilment.* Up-sell ancillary training courses that add value to overall client training.* Negotiate pricing agreements with clients and make contract/pricing decisions based on set guidelines.* Monitor client training events through to completion and provide customer service as required.* Clearly communicate payment terms to clients and assist in collection of payments to include assisting with client check in and collect COD payments.* Proactively ensure fulfilment of the Company sales strategy and targets.* Prospecting for new clients as required.* Directly coordinate training commitments with Training Services Department to provide a training solution for clients.**Our ideal candidate*** Is a motivated individual with experience in working toward key sales objectives — including client retention and revenue targets — and who demonstrates a strong personal drive to exceed goals on a weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis.* Brings 2–3 years of experience in account management.* Has proven experience in a client‑facing role.* Is a proactive self‑starter who enjoys multitasking and can effectively prioritise a busy daily workload in an operational environment.* Thrives as a true team player and enjoys contributing to an established and successful team.* Is highly organised, with excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage competing priorities.This role includes a competitive quarterly sales incentive plan. It is primarily based on-site at our Training Centre in Burgess Hill, with occasional opportunities to work from home. The 12-month fixed-term contract is a maternity leave cover and a full-time role.
