Qualifications

• Prior credit control experience is beneficial.
• Confidence in communication with customers is essential.
• Experience creating formulas and pivot tables in Excel is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of a designated customer ledger and follow up on overdue payments.
• Foster and nurture internal and external customer relationships.
• Assist in generating customer reports and conducting debt/payment analysis.
