Qualifications

• Minimum 3 - 10+ years PQE in litigation, preferably in EL/PL / Casualty and Personal Injury claims.
• Strong knowledge of civil procedure and litigation processes.
• Proven ability to manage a busy caseload with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Manage a varied caseload from inception to resolution.
• Conduct thorough investigations and gather evidence.
• Draft and review legal documents, including pleadings and witness statements.
• Provide strategic legal advice to clients.
• Represent clients in court proceedings and negotiations.
• Ensure regulatory and professional compliance.
