• Proven experience on industrial or commercial construction projects.

Responsibilities

• Leading the commercial delivery from pre-construction through to final account.
• Managing subcontractor procurement, valuations, and payments.
• Producing cost plans, forecasts, and commercial reports.
• Managing variations and ensuring contractual compliance.
• Working closely with site and operational teams.
• Supporting and mentoring junior QS team members.
