Support Worker – Warsop, Nottingham

Pay: £12.34 per hour.

Typical shifts: Monday – Sunday 7am – 2pm OR 2pm – 10pm.

Role Overview

We’re on the hunt for genuinely caring, hands‑on Female Support Workers with a passion for enhancing the quality of life of the people we support. As a support worker you’ll help people gain more independence in their daily lives, while supporting a fantastic group of people in a friendly, welcoming environment. You’ll be teaching life skills, assisting with personal care, encouraging community participation, socialising and organising activities – from visiting local bars and pubs to playing video games, watching films or going to the cinema. You don’t need experience; we provide training and development opportunities that will help you build a great career.

Responsibilities

• Experience with individuals requiring enhanced support (behaviours of distress, mental health conditions, autism, forensic histories, trauma).
• Experience following Positive Behaviour Support plans and reflective practice.
