Join a fast-growing, high-end beauty business as General Manager, where you’ll take the reins of retail, e-commerce, and distribution operations. This is a hands-on leadership role for a commercially astute professional who can turn strategy into success.

To promote collaboration and communication, the team is fully office-based in central London.

Key Responsibilities:

• Define and deliver business strategy across retail, e-commerce, and distribution channels
• Drive revenue growth and profitability through smart planning and cost control
• Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring compliance and exceptional client experience
• Lead e-commerce performance, optimising UX, digital marketing, and online sales
• Manage supply chain and logistics for efficient B2B distribution
• Take full P&L responsibility, reporting on KPIs and financial performance
• Inspire and develop a multi-disciplinary team to achieve ambitious goals
• Ensure consistent brand messaging and integrated marketing across all touchpoints

Candidate Requirements:

• Demonstrable success in a Leadership or GM role, ideally within Beauty or a related industry
• Strong commercial acumen and operational excellence
• Digital fluency with e-commerce platforms and marketing strategies
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and decision-making skills
