Responsibilities

• Support in the development of all maintenance team members.
• Support the Maintenance Manager, oversee the maintenance team.
• Ensure the right tools and stocks are available.
• Carry out maintenance and repairs of holiday homes.
• Record maintenance jobs on the company system.
• Monitor equipment and follow Health & Safety policy.
• Ensure safe siting and moving of holiday homes.
• Work with external contractors for maintenance projects.
