The successful candidate will oversee the growth strategy and delivery of events at the UTAC Millbrook facility, focusing on the rental of facilities and managing high-quality events. • Proven background in Event Management, preferably in the automotive industry.
• Experience managing delivery teams in a complex events environment.
• Ability to work in a transversal/matrix international environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop growth strategy and business plan for the Events business unit.
• Responsible for the successful delivery of events at UTAC Millbrook.
• Manage P&L for the department and provide regular updates on performance.
• Collaborate with Sales & Marketing to drive order intake.
