Qualifications

  • Previous experience of leading or supervising a team highly desirable.

Responsibilities

  • Leading your teams to achieve and deliver excellent brand standards and customer service.
  • Maximising profit by driving sales and controlling costs.
  • Processing stock counts and orders.
  • Partnering with the Store Manager in setting targets for the team to achieve.
  • Providing coaching and feedback to Team Members and identifying training needs.
  • Taking ownership of customer feedback and responding appropriately.
  • Supporting the team with preparing food and refreshments.
