• Strong working knowledge of Care Act and Mental Health Act.

Responsibilities

• Complete Care Act assessments for individuals with complex needs.
• Review placements and packages of care.
• Prepare and complete Court of Protection documentation.
• Complete Mental Health Act assessments.
• Work collaboratively with NHS partners and other agencies.
