Together, we are not just advancing technology; we're building a community committed to safeguarding a safer and more connected world.**About the role:**Raytheon UK’s Courseware and Media Development Capability (CMDC) is looking for Instructional Designers to support training development of our training materials.**Skills and Experience****Requirements*** Design, develop, and implement training solutions within Articulate Storyline that enhance learner engagement.* Apply instructional design theories and adult learning principles to create high-quality learning experiences.* Ensure instructional materials align with best practices and internal quality standards.* Must be organised and work well both independently and in a fast-paced team environment.* Ability to comprehend/interpret technical and non-technical information and apply it to visual media and animations.* Ability to multi-task and work on multiple projects in a deadline-oriented environment.* Ability to use MS Office (Outlook, Teams, SharePoint).* To effectively communicate with stakeholders outside of the CMDC team to gather technical information necessary for media requirements.* The successful candidate must be able to qualify for SC security clearance.**Desirable*** Experience using Moodle or working with an LMS.* Previous experience of developing high-quality courses for digital learning & training.* Creation of animation sequences exploiting effective asset management and workflow.* Visualising and planning of content and media along a timeline.* Knowledge of Defence Systems Approach to Training (DSAT).**Responsibilities*** Produce engaging articulate storyline builds for our customer’s training courses in accordance with Courseware / Media production process, Development Manual and Style Guide.* Creation of courses exploiting effective asset management and workflow.
