Responsibilities

• Constantly innovate the hot beverage and retail offering within The Peninsula Boutique & Café.
• Work closely with the Pastry and Sales & Marketing team to drive online engagement.
• Establish, maintain, and analyse sales and stock data to ensure efficiencies.
