A community organization in Somerset seeks passionate caregivers to provide hands-on support to clients in their homes. Responsibilities include delivering personal care, maintaining support plans, and ensuring clients' dignity. Candidates must hold a driving license and have experience in the care sector. The role offers a competitive salary with bonuses for on-call duty and requires varying availability from 7am to 10pm, including weekends.
Location: Bridgwater area, Somerset
Pay: £24,179.93 - £25,347.86 per annum + £500 Welcome Bonus + Weekend and Bank Holiday Enhancements
On-call role with extra payment of £200 per week
Requirement of a full driving licence and access to a vehicle
QCF Level 2/3 in Health and Social Care or equivalent preferred
Fixed two-week rolling rota with availability required from 7am to 10pm

Our Somerset Community team covers the areas of Bridgwater, Highbridge, Burnham-On-Sea, Cheddar and surrounding areas with teams based in each of these areas. This role will be covering the Bridgwater area only. The team are passionate about supporting clients to remain as independent as possible within their own homes.
