Overview

Location: Bridgwater area, Somerset

Pay: £24,179.93 - £25,347.86 per annum + £500 Welcome Bonus + Weekend and Bank Holiday Enhancements

On-call role with extra payment of £200 per week

Requirement of a full driving licence and access to a vehicle

QCF Level 2/3 in Health and Social Care or equivalent preferred

Fixed two-week rolling rota with availability required from 7am to 10pm

About the role

We have an exciting opportunity to join our community services team, helping people in the community remain in the comfort of their own homes. This is your opportunity to join a team making a real difference to people's lives.

  • On-Call responsibilities - currently on call one in three weeks (extra £200 per week whilst on call)

Qualifications & requirements
  • A driving licence and access to a vehicle to travel between clients
  • A passion and organisation in care; experience in care is preferred
  • QCF Level 2/3 in Health and Social Care or equivalent (or willing to work towards)
  • Availability between 7am and 10pm, including every other weekend

About Us

Our Somerset Community team covers the areas of Bridgwater, Highbridge, Burnham-On-Sea, Cheddar and surrounding areas with teams based in each of these areas. This role will be covering the Bridgwater area only. The team are passionate about supporting clients to remain as independent as possible within their own homes.
