A leading training provider for education professionals is seeking an aspiring apprentice in early years education. The position offers hands-on experience and the opportunity to gain an Early Years Practitioner qualification. Responsibilities include providing high-quality care and education for children aged 0-5, observing and documenting progress, and supporting their development. The role is flexible with working hours available from 8am to 1pm or 1pm to 6pm, providing a supportive environment for learning and growth.

We have a fantastic opportunity for an aspiring apprentice to join our team. We are looking for enthusiastic individuals who are ambitious and want to gain Early Years Practitioner qualification while getting experience. You\'ll create meaningful relationships with the children, your team and with parents.
Wage: £7.55 per hour, rising to £8 from April 2026.
Duration: 18 Months
Hours: Monday - Friday, 8am to 6pm. The employer can be flexible to offer 8am to 1pm or 1pm to 6pm.
