Job summary

A leading service provider in Fire Safety is seeking a Junior Project Manager to manage works and engage with engineers and customers. The ideal candidate will possess strong computer skills, geographic knowledge, and have experience in customer-facing roles. Responsibilities include planning engineer’s work efficiently, ensuring contract obligations are met, and collaborating with the Passive Fire team. This is an on-site role based in Stafford with opportunities for career growth in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• Experience of working in a customer facing role.
• Experience planning/scheduling administration works in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience of working in time-critical roles and the ability to multi-task.
• Experience working in a Fire/HVAC business.
• Experience project management/administration in Fire/Heat business.

Responsibilities

• Manage all works that come in from customers.
• Collaborate with colleagues to ensure works are completed.
• Communicate with engineers and customers to plan works.
• Review and update the business on the progress of customer works.
• Work with Regional leads to plan workload effectively.

Skills

Proficient level of computer skills

Good knowledge of the English language, both written and verbal

Good geographical knowledge
