Benova Healthcare is a fast‑growing global contract manufacturer in the vitamins, minerals and supplements sector. We operate through a modern East–West partnership model with a newly commissioned, BRCGS‑approved 30,000 m² manufacturing facility in Wuzhen, China.

From concept to finished product, we support major retailers, specialist brands and D2C businesses across the UK, Europe and beyond, delivering high‑quality, compliant nutritional products at competitive prices.

About the Role

We’re hiring a Quality Assurance Executive to support both our Quality and Commercial teams. If you enjoy variety, problem‑solving, keeping things organised, and working with lots of different people, this role is a great fit.

You’ll sit between quality processes and customer account support — making sure our systems run smoothly, our documentation is accurate, and our customers feel well supported.

This isn’t a role where you’ll be stuck doing one thing. You’ll be involved in the full flow of communication between our UK office, international teams, manufacturing site, and customers.

What You’ll Be Doing
Quality & Compliance
  • Logging, acknowledging and tracking customer complaints in line with internal quality procedures.
  • Working closely with our Quality team in China to coordinate investigations and pull together clear reports.
  • Keeping QMS (Quality Management System) documentation up to date, accurate and traceable — including version control.
  • Tracking CAPAs (Corrective and Preventive Actions), escalating overdue actions and ensuring everything is documented properly.
  • Supporting the preparation and maintenance of product specs and compliance documents.
Account & Customer Support
  • Managing day‑to‑day customer queries, documentation requests and follow‑ups.
  • Coordinating with Quality, Commercial and Operations to progress customer requests smoothly.
  • Helping build strong, positive customer relationships through clear communication and reliable follow‑through.
  • This role gives you real visibility across the whole business — and the chance to be the person who keeps everything joined up and moving forward.
What We’re Looking For
  • At least 2 years’ experience in admin, customer service or a junior QA/ compliance role.
  • Strong attention to detail for staying organised.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication — you’ll be speaking with UK, EU and China teams daily.
  • Confident using Microsoft Office and databases.
  • Someone who enjoys working across departments and solving problems collaboratively.
  • A willingness to learn — we provide full training and development.
  • Experience in healthcare, manufacturing or FMCG is a bonus, as is a second language, but neither is essential.
