Salary: £12.45 - £12.45+ Tronc

Your Role

We are looking for a proactive and energetic Team Leader to join our Cuban familia. As a Team Leader, you’ll hold an important role in the Management Structure, owning the guest experience within your venue and coordinating the team to deliver an exceptional experience to our guests. You’ll ensure that we are set up for success and be responsible for upholding brand standards and in delivering our purpose – To create fun and memorable experiences for our teams and guests!
