Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Track and report on operational KPIs like pick accuracy and productivity.
• Drive the implementation of lean methodologies to enhance productivity.
• Enforce adherence to health and safety regulations.
• Provide coaching and mentorship to Supervisors.
