• Receive and direct all customer queries.
• Develop good relationships with customers, helping them develop life skills.
• Handle occasional emergency/challenging situations.
• Ensure an excellent service is provided to customers.
• Organise and run social activities occasionally.
• Perform health and safety responsibilities e.g. fire safety checks.
• Maintain the security of the service.
• Write and update customer notes.
• Lone working for the majority of the shift.

Sanctuary Supported Living is delighted to be recruiting for a Bank Waking Night Concierge at our Homelessness Support Service at Park Road in Norfolk.

The role of Bank Waking Night Concierge will include:

• Being a first point of call to receive and direct all customer queries
• Developing good relationships with customers, helping them develop life skills

• Going above and beyond to ensure an excellent service is provided to our customers
• Occasionally organising and running social activities
• Some health and safety responsibilities e.g. fire safety checks
• Ensuring the security of the service is maintained
• Writing and updating customer notes
• This role will require lone working role for the majority of the shift
