Strong Java development experience within financial systems, ideally in pricing or risk-related applications.Familiarity with electronic trading – order routing, broker connectivity and FIX would be very beneficialExperience across one or more asset classes such as Equities, FX, Commodities, and Derivatives.Familiarity with Front Office trading systems and a deep understanding of market-making environments. Ability to quickly respond to critical issues in a fast-paced trading environment. Experience mentoring and guiding junior team members. Excellent communication skills and the ability to build strong working relationships with stakeholders.
