Qualifications

• Extensive experience in network or software engineering, ideally with a background in operations.
• Ability to take lead on technical matters and provide expert guidance.
• Chartered Engineer status or actively working towards it.
• Specialist expertise in Combat Systems, particularly submarines is a plus.
• Familiar with DOORS software.
• Experience in managing change processes.
• Holder of Systems Engineering (INCOSE) qualifications.

Responsibilities

• Provide oversight and technical ownership of CCS design.
• Ensure technical leadership by controlling project scope.
• Lead programme-level design reviews and produce Certificates of Design.
• Review technical requirements for system integration.
• Provide subject matter expertise in systems validation.

Skills

Extensive experience in network or software engineering
