What you'll do:

• Lead and manage audits from planning through to completion for a range of clients.
• Prepare financial statements for both audit and non‑audit clients.
• Build trusted relationships with clients and provide practical, commercial advice.
• Support, coach, and mentor junior team members to help them develop.
• Conduct technical research and ensure audits are compliant with relevant standards.
• Identify opportunities for business growth and contribute to departmental initiatives.
• Represent the firm at networking and community events, strengthening client and professional relationships.

Who you are:

• ACA or ACCA part‑qualified or fully qualified.
• Solid experience in audit within a practice environment, leading engagements confidently.
• Strong communicator, able to explain complex technical matters clearly to clients.
• Organised and able to manage multiple priorities across different client assignments.
• Positive, professional, and adaptable approach.Knowledgeable in UK Financial Reporting Standards and International Auditing Standards; Caseware experience is a bonus.
