Vertu Vauxhall Chingford have an exciting opportunity for a Parts Advisor to join our brilliant team!

We are offering a basic salary of £28,925 plus company benefits! This is a full time permanent role working 8am-5pm Mon-Thurs 8am-4:30pm on Fridays and no weekends!

We have a great team on site who are committed to providing a fantastic customer experience and are able to offer a professional service to trade customers. Your daily duties will include dealing with incoming trade parts enquiries and orders via telephone and online platforms.

You will be able to accurately identify parts to meet the customer sales requirements, Utilising all product promotions effectively to achieve specific targets set, Identifying and maximising all upsell opportunities thereby growing overall sales figures, be able to maintain your own knowledge levels on new or updated parts through the completion of appropriate training courses and reading information from bulletins, catalogues, parts updates, special offers, recalls etc.

For this role, you will ideally have Parts Experience from a similar role within the Motor industry or a good understanding of parts from a technicial background. You will need to be ambitious and have a determination to seek out new sales opportunities within our customer database and exceed parts sales objectives on a daily basis.
