Job summary
A leading construction solutions provider is seeking a Plant Supervisor for their Edinburgh Readymix concrete plant. In this dynamic role, you'll supervise and operate the concrete batch plant, ensuring safety and efficiency. Qualifications
- Experience working within the construction materials industry is highly desirable.
- Excellent health and Safety knowledge required.
- Good all-round communicator and must be customer focused.
- Experience in operating mobile plant, ideally a Front-end loading shovel.
- Concrete Batching experience is desirable.
Responsibilities
- Supervise and operate a busy ready-mix concrete batch plant safely.
- Contribute to efficient service focused on continual improvement.
- Maintain cleanliness of the plant and yard.
- Perform autonomous maintenance on fixed and mobile plants.
