A local government organization in Doncaster is seeking a Respite Support Worker to improve the lives of residents by providing quality care for adults with learning disabilities. Eden Lodge and Wickett Hern Road are registered services which provide respite for adults who have a learning disability and or associated physical disabilities.
The Properties comprise of 8 ground floor bedrooms and ten 1st floor bedrooms in total, between the two premises, as part of the team at Respite Services, the respite support worker will ensure that patterns of care and support within the shift are based on the principles of good quality care ensuring that safeguarding legislation is maintained and reflecting control, cleanliness, comfort, safety, participation, involvement, privacy, dignity and choice.
