Each person we support has different support requirements, so your role may include assisting with personal care, moving and handling or positive behavioural support while expanding their social networks and connections.

Enable creates a bespoke team around every individual we support, and our team of Personal Assistants work collaboratively to ensure the safety, wellbeing and aspirations of the people we support are met.

About the people we support

Help transform lives like M’s. Hello, my name is M and I live in the Annandale project. I love listening to music, dancing, going to local shops, and watching movies on TV. I enjoy having a laugh and joke with staff.

Annandale Street offers accommodation to 8 adults over 50. It is a ground floor residence with a homely, domestic feel. Each bedroom is personalised and has its own ensuite toilet. There is a sheltered communal courtyard area, shower rooms, and a separate bathroom.
