Qualifications

• 10+ years of relevant experience in accounting with 5+ years in leadership roles.
• Experience in high growth businesses, preferably in retail financial services or technology.
• Proficient in leading financial control functions.

Responsibilities

• Lead financial reporting and operations, ensuring high standards of accuracy.
• Serve as a strategic advisor to the CFO and Executive team.
• Own the end-to-end monthly and annual accounting processes.
• Administer and optimise the accounting system (NetSuite).
• Manage all direct and indirect tax activities.
