A leading health company in Greater London seeks a Senior Community Executive to engage and support over 20,000 members in a vibrant health community. You will be responsible for fostering interaction, delivering initiatives, and enhancing user experience through engaging content. Ideal candidates have experience in community management and a passion for health and wellness. Qualifications

  • 1-2+ years of experience building, engaging, and managing communities, ideally online.
  • Demonstrated ability to run and iterate community initiatives independently.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a knack for crafting creative and compelling content.

Responsibilities

  • Foster a vibrant, respectful, and supportive environment by actively engaging with members.
  • Collaborate with the Community Manager to shape and execute community strategy.
  • Plan and execute virtual and in-person events to deepen relationships.
  • Repurpose and enhance educational content to create inspiring posts.
  • Improve community processes by tracking key metrics and monitoring content.
  • Monitor conversations to identify emerging themes and share insights.
