Job summary

A leading hydraulic services provider in Swindon is looking for a Mobile Hydraulic Field Service Technician. Responsibilities include managing a mobile service unit, ensuring stock levels, performing maintenance checks, and assisting customers with hydraulic hose repairs. Candidates should be self-motivated, possess good communication skills, and ideally have a background in mechanical engineering. A full UK driving licence is required. This position entails an after-hours on-call rotation, including weekends.

Qualifications

• Experience in mechanical plant or engineering background preferred but not required.
• Ability to present professionally to customers.

Responsibilities

• Manage day to day operations of Mobile Sales and Service Unit.
• Maintain stock levels as per guidelines.
• Perform routine maintenance checks.
• Assist Centre staff when needed.
