Responsibilities

• Manage and mentor Project Managers and Associates ensuring quality work.
• Develop and underwrite investment plans for inter-company coordination.
• Conduct site visits to evaluate physical plant condition and suggest renovations.
• Coordinate with Capital Team for CapEx task scheduling.
• Select and engage third-party consultants necessary for projects.
