We are supporting a well‑established, values‑led organisation on a business‑critical change programme focused on the delivery of new digital capabilities within a regulated, stakeholder‑heavy environment.

The Project Manager will sit within an internal change function, acting as the coordination and delivery lead across multiple teams and an external delivery partner. The role is centred on ownership, pace, and accountability, ensuring plans translate into outcomes, stakeholders remain aligned, and delivery progresses against agreed milestones.

This is a delivery‑focused Project Management role rather than a hands‑on technical position. Success in the role will come from strong stakeholder management, structured planning, and the ability to operate confidently within governance‑led settings.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the internal Project Manager for a complex digital change initiative
• Coordinate delivery across parallel work‑streams and interdependent teams
• Manage plans, timelines, risks, issues, and dependencies
• Act as the primary point of coordination between internal stakeholders and third‑party suppliers
• Lead stakeholder engagement, communication, and reporting activity
• Support change and adoption as new systems and ways of working are introduced
• Ensure delivery aligns with governance, quality, and organisational priorities

About you

• Proven Project Management experience within complex or regulated environments
• Strong stakeholder management skills, including engagement with senior and opinionated stakeholders
• Experience working alongside third‑party suppliers or external delivery partners
• Comfortable operating in Agile or hybrid delivery environments
• Confident driving momentum while balancing governance and organisational constraints
