A well-established organisation in the UK is looking for a Project Manager to lead a complex digital change initiative. This role will focus on coordinating delivery across multiple teams and ensuring stakeholder alignment. The ideal candidate has significant Project Management experience and strong stakeholder management skills. The position offers a £44,000 pro rata salary for a 12-month fixed-term contract with a four-day working week in a hybrid working model.
We are supporting a well‑established, values‑led organisation on a business‑critical change programme focused on the delivery of new digital capabilities within a regulated, stakeholder‑heavy environment.
The Project Manager will sit within an internal change function, acting as the coordination and delivery lead across multiple teams and an external delivery partner. The role is centred on ownership, pace, and accountability, ensuring plans translate into outcomes, stakeholders remain aligned, and delivery progresses against agreed milestones.
This is a delivery‑focused Project Management role rather than a hands‑on technical position. Success in the role will come from strong stakeholder management, structured planning, and the ability to operate confidently within governance‑led settings.
