Qualifications

• Some experience in drilling, construction, or site-based work.
• Good awareness of health & safety and safe working practices.
• Ability to use hand tools and equipment safely.
• Physically fit and comfortable working outdoors in all weather.
• Reliable, hardworking, and keen to learn.

Responsibilities

• Support the Lead Driller with geotechnical drilling operations.
• Carry out daily pre-start checks and routine equipment maintenance.
• Follow HSE procedures, RAMS, and site safety rules.
• Assist with the safe operation of drilling rigs and equipment.

Skills

Some experience in drilling, construction, or site-based work

Good awareness of health & safety

Ability to use hand tools and equipment safely

Physically fit and comfortable working outdoors

Reliable, hardworking, and keen to learn

Education

NVQ Level 2 in Land Drilling (or willingness to work towards it)
