Job description

We are looking to recruit a full‑time technician and MOT tester at Volvo Cars South East London. You must be qualified to NVQ level 2 or 3 and work to a high standard to give our customers an outstanding level of workmanship.

Monday to Friday 08:30 – 17:30, with 1 hour for lunch. Saturdays on a rota basis, 1 in 3.

Primary tasks and responsibilities

• Servicing & repairs of all Volvo Cars.
• Work well on your own, and in a team.
• Good communication skills.
• Be able to talk to customers to gain further knowledge on a fault or symptom.
• Accurately record faults found on a Health Check system.
• Write Jobs cards up clearly for warranty and retail purpose.
• Enhance the reputation of the Dealership at every opportunity when interacting with others.
