Qualifications

• Proven experience in hand varnishing, ideally within marine or high-end joinery.

• Comfortable working on your own initiative.

Responsibilities

• Hand finishing of all interior joinery items installed in our yachts.
• Preparation of joinery prior to application of the approved varnish system.
• Applying high-quality varnish finishes to a consistently high standard.
• Marking up, organising, and managing finished components within the storage area.
• Ensuring items are readily available and clearly identified for the fit-out team.
• Maintaining finishing area.
