What You’ll Do

• Set and operate roll forming machines, presses, and ancillary equipment
• Manufacture components to the correct output rate and report any issues impacting performance
• Take full responsibility for the quality of produced parts
• Maintain accurate and up‑to‑date production and quality records
• Uphold strong 5S workplace organisation standards
• Actively participate in continuous improvement initiatives
• Follow all Health & Safety protocols
• Carry out additional duties as required

Hours of Work

Hours of work will be 39 hours per week, 3‑week rotating pattern (may vary).

Week 1: Monday – Thursday 6am–2pm; Friday 6am–1pm

Week 2 – Monday – Thursday 2pm–10pm; Friday 1pm–8pm

Week 3 – Sunday to Wednesday 10pm–6am; Thursday 10pm–5am

Hourly pay rate – £13 per hour plus 22%/25% shift allowance
