Overview

Exciting opportunity for a B2B Power Business Analyst: B2B EU Portfolio to join this global Energy company for a 12 month initial contract. 3 Days in London Office / Hybrid Working. This is an exciting time to join this world-leading Energy company as it evolves from a traditional Oil & Gas enterprise into a future-focused Energy leader.

Core Responsibilities

• Requirements Management: Capture business problems, value drivers, and functional/non-functional requirements; Translate business needs into actionable functionality; Ensure traceability from business needs through testing and final solution delivery; Maintain and update documentation throughout the project lifecycle.
• Process & Data Analysis: Assess and model current processes, data flows, and technologies using tools like Visio; Strong understanding of Data tools and technologies such as Azure, Databricks, Power BI & Power Automate.
• Testing & Validation: Work closely with the test team prior to each release/sprint rollout; Define acceptance criteria and coordinate testing to ensure solutions meet business needs.

Qualifications

• 5-7 years of relevant IT experience within B2B EU Power domain; 5 years Power domain experience.
• Agile certifications (e.g., Scrum, PSPO, SAFe).
• CCBA or PMI-PBA certification.
• Strong initiative, excellent communication, interpersonal and presentation skills.
