Job description
Join our team!

Are you passionate about different ways of educating young people?

We are looking for paid and volunteer facilitators who want to make a genuine difference to young people (aged 5-16) who have chosen a different approach to learning. This includes lifelong home educators, neurodiverse young people, and those who haven’t thrived in mainstream education.

  • We provide well‑established, tried‑and‑tested training that will deepen your understanding of self‑directed education. You'll have the opportunity to access support from experts and connect with other settings worldwide. This is an opportunity to expand your knowledge and be at the forefront of progressive education.
  • Every day, you'll make a tangible difference to young people. You'll witness firsthand how trust, self‑direction and collaboration transform our relationship with ourselves, with learning and with each other.
We're an Ofsted‑registered childcare provider with a strong reputation in the home education community. We're continually growing and expanding how we support families, and you'll be part of that journey.
Join a team with backgrounds in teaching, mentoring, and therapeutic practice. We work collaboratively, support each other's growth, and share a genuine commitment to this model of education.
What we're looking for:
  • Passion for self‑directed learning and desire to learn more
    Experience working with young people
High emotional intelligence and ability to self regulate
Alignment with our values of trust, collaboration and freedom
Willingness to grow and reflect on your practice
