The role involves performing planned and reactive maintenance and fault diagnosis on HIU and MVHR systems in residential and mixed-use settings. Qualifications

• Experience with HIUs and MVHR systems in residential and mixed-use properties.
• Ability to carry out fault diagnosis and commissioning support.
• Strong knowledge of health & safety regulations.

Responsibilities

• Carry out planned and reactive maintenance on HIU and MVHR systems.
• Complete service reports and certification accurately.
• Liaise professionally with residents and property managers.
• Identify remedial works and report system defects.
