Job description

Talk Green has an immediate opportunity for two Retrofit Assessors to join our well-established and highly regarded team. We deliver Residential EPCs, Retrofit Assessments and Retrofit Coordination services across the East and West Midlands, with commercial services operating nationwide.

Role and Responsibilities

• Due to increased workloads, we are initially looking to sub-contract a small proportion of Retrofit Assessment work, with the intention for the role to become permanent following a qualifying period.

Preferred Skills

• The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of EPCs, retrofit processes and floor plan software (ideally Plan-Up), the Older & Traditional Buildings qualification, and demonstrate an exceptional eye for detail to maintain Talk Green’s exacting standards.

Qualifications and Education Requirements

• Additional qualifications such as Pulse Testing, ventilation testing experience, and involvement in technical surveys (solar, EWI/IWI, loft insulation etc.) are beneficial but not essential.

Additional Notes

Ideally, candidates will be based within Derbyshire, Nottinghamshire or Leicestershire.
